Building services for business
Architecture, design, servers, software, websites, mobile applications, marketing, and legal support — a full turnkey cycle.
About me
I develop services that help systematize different areas of business. Unlike many developers, I specialize not only in code, but also in architecture, UI/UX design, marketing, and the legal side of a project. I also help solve any service-related issues, covering 100% of business needs.
Key competencies
- Full-stack (Next.js, Express, React Native)
- UI/UX design
- Marketing and analytics
- Legal support
- Backend development
- Mobile applications
- Websites
- Project architecture
Advantages over IT companies
Where the money goes
- taxes
- office rent
- equipment
- salaries for managers, accountants, and lawyers
- advertising
- dividends
- the owner’s pocket
In IT companies, on an average project with a $15,000 budget, only about $5,000 reaches the developers. The rest pays for the business so it can operate and generate profit. 70% of your money does not affect the quality of the service — you are simply paying for the company’s overhead.
It would be nice to save that $10,000 by contacting developers directly. You can — contact me.
Additional advantages
- Direct communication with the developer
- Flexible schedule — communicate whenever it is convenient for you
- No upfront payments
Service development process
Approximate cost and service quality when working with an IT company. For better understanding, I divide the service development process into 4 categories.
Website builders
Fast, but the quality is very low. No flexibility, frequent bugs. Recommended if the service revenue is under $100.
AI
Constant errors, template-based results, and rule violations. Recommended if you do not plan to generate revenue.
Ready-made solutions
The design cannot be changed freely. Not suitable for every service; recommended for low budgets.
Custom development
The service can be changed as needed and works as intended. Suitable for 100% of cases. The quality is much higher than in other categories. All services with revenue above $1,000 are built this way.
Custom development quality
I also divide the “Custom development” category into 3 subcategories that differ in design and code quality.
Outdated technologies, heavy use of AI, and outsourcing to third parties. The service works unstably.
Up-to-date technologies (Next.js, Express), modern methods, limited only by budget. Reliable and scalable.
A team of developers, a large budget, and longer timelines. The highest level of detail.

Final stage — we finish the work, and you pay the remaining 40%.
